Golang Job: Cloud DevOps Engineer

Who We're Looking for:

A junior dev ops engineer that is experienced with cloud and distributed systems. Bonus for AWS. Willing to consider backend engineers looking to transition into dev ops.

This role will report to our Director of Infrastructure. You will work closely with the development teams - given our distributed, cloud based architecture, devops represents a critical component of everything we release. Some of the things you will be asked to do are streamline / automate provisioning services, standardize our CI/CD processes, etc.

Looking for energy and passion. Someone that is really excited about deepening their knowledge in the devops arena, but also in helping propel the ongoing success of Cohley.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years deploying applications into cloud environments
• 1+ year working in a distributed system environment
• 2+ years hands-on coding experience in Golang, C#, or Python
• 1+ year setting up Back End CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.)
• 2+ years working in a Scrum, SLDC, or other project management protocol
• Familiar with bundling and deploying Front End applications
• Familiar w/ Kubernetes or other containerized runtimes (bonus for ECS)
• Familiar w/ cloud based infrastructure security and routing protocols
• Familiar w/ code as infrastructure concepts and tools (e.g., Helm, Terraform, Cloudformation, etc.)
• Skilled w/ Jira, Slack, Meet, etc.
• STEM Collegiate degree or commensurate life experience
• Bonus for past experience with martech, adtech, or performance agency
